Order Cancellations:

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled and all sales are final. We take great care in processing each order and ensuring the quality of our products, and as such, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests after the purchase has been completed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase, as any changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order is submitted.

Address Changes:

Please be sure to provide the correct city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos may cause error, resulting in your order being cancelled and refunded. 

Missing or Lost Packages:

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are in the possession of USPS. In the event that your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS , we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues.
